Am I charged when I sign up?
You add your card when you start, but nothing is charged during the trial: 30 days on either plan. The first charge comes when the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, under Subscription, whenever you want, without calling anyone. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid; there are no refunds for the remaining days. After that your space becomes read-only, with your data intact.
What if my team grows beyond 5 people?
On the Team plan each extra person is US$7.80 a month (Q 62.40), with no bundles or plan jumps. It's added to your plan's invoice when you invite them.
Can I pay in quetzales or yearly?
Yes. You pay in quetzales or dollars at a fixed rate of Q8 = US$1. Pay yearly and you pay 10 months and use 12.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Start with what fits today and move to Team when you add people, without losing anything you already loaded.
Does the AI cost extra?
No. GANI, the AI sales advisor, is on every plan with monthly usage included.
Is my data safe?
Permissions are checked on the server by role, sensitive data is stored encrypted, every change goes into a log that can't be deleted and we back up every day. And you can download everything to Excel anytime.
